The Columbia Saturday Trail Convertible Pants are well-suited for hiking and backpacking. They are slim fit with a straight leg design, which allows movement while not feeling too baggy or loose. Also, the pants zip off into 10” shorts for the heat of the day. Columbia’s proprietary Omni-Shield and Omni-Shade technologies are used in the pants to repel water and offer UPF protection. This makes them great for stream or river crossings in high alpine environments where the sun is beating.
