Features

These down booties from Feathered Friends are just great. First of all, they are modular, meaning there is an interior down sock, and an exterior Pertex Endurance shell with light duty water resistance.

They can be cinched at both the calf and ankle for a secure fit. That said, they have very minimal traction, and are not great use outside of camp. They can be slippery on snow.

Packed into each pair of booties is 4 oz of 800 fill power down. That’s basically an entire lightweight down jacket’s worth of plumes, just insulating your feet. So yeah, they’re preposterously warm.
